Thanks Art, yep it took me quite some time getting there.
Took me a while to used to the third person shooter format, I like the way it changes
to first person when you fire weapons.
In the beginning I got frustrated with the so-called team members, they don't get into
the action as a matter of course like team members in games like the Battlefield series
and Medal Of Honor.  You actually have to order them to fire, together with
your team members you can kill up to four targets in sequence.

Actually, achieving Tier1 isn't doing anything for you, you don't get any rewards and no
additional weapons or attachments are unlocked.
Although I was aware of it a while back already I decided to continue playing to reach it,
now it feels like I've finished the game and not the time when the boss man was killed.

Installed a 15 GB GRW update yesterday.

Wait, they added Fallen Ghosts weapons to the main game? Finally!!!! Time to retire my HTI for some semi-auto .50 BMG sweetness :evil2:

Hmm, you probably don't own the Fallen Ghosts DLC, which probably explains why  ;) I need to check my game first. You might check out the in-game store, the Fallen Ghosts content should be there.

That desert background looks really cool - is that in the original Wildlands map or is it DLC?

LowPolyOWG

Think it's from the main menu ;)

The store page. Nex, here are the Fallen Ghosts weapons as weapon packs, if you don't want them all ;)

Alright, the Serbu is two-hit vehicle kill on lvl 1. Helos are one-shot. Looking forward to the day I hit lvl 30 on that

Looking at the pics tells me you purchased all those packs,
I have not purchased any and don't intend to. Fallen Ghost is played online if I'm
not mistaken, and I don't like playing online

The Fallen Ghosts DLC is a separate SP expansion that you can play in co-op. Since I owned it, I got those extra weapons for no additional cost. ;)

I guessed that much.
A while back I read a post on one of the game forums that game developers
actual income is from all the additions to a game and not from the game itself.

Indeed. You should look up "live services video games". Almost every AAA game game use such stuff, it's much easier for them to reduce development cost and give us cosmetic items to sell. UBI*bleep**bleep**bleep* believes this approach will lead to more income for themselves and the investors ::) Some games even rewards you for logging in...

However, we have seen that their games have improved, UBI*bleep**bleep**bleep* themselves states they can afford to have longer developer cycles. I believe R* takes this approach with GTA Online, GTA V recently passed 90 million copies sold! Another thing should be mentioned, R*/Take Two use a lot of time on their games, it was 5 year between GTA IV-V and now, 8 years between RDR (2010) and RDR2 (2018).

Why Ubisoft is obsessed with games as a service

How much a AAA game actually costs. Can't blame them, 1st world countries have rather high living standards.
