UBI*bleep* added Ghost mode.
You start from scratch with a slight difference.
You only get one rifle, assault/sniper and a handgun
You can only swap weapons at a ammo box
If you reload your weapon before emptying the clip
you loose all the remaining ammo in that clip
You can be revived but not killed, if you do get killed you
have to start all over again, no matter how far
in the game you are, which means, you loose everything
You can kill your own squad members, and you can play without them,
but then you don't have anyone to revive you, game over........
I made it to level 16 without even getting revived once, then I stupidly
crash landed my chopper and got killed.
I might have another go at it sometime in the future, it's nerve wracking to say the least.
I read up on it first before my attempt. A female marine wrote a short review saying
she's more nervous playing in Ghost mode than what she was in Afgan

As a casual gamer, I don't think I would like that game mode. Is there a Games plus mode where you can play with your old achievements in easy mode like in the other games?

Shame - I like the Wildlands world, and Games plus would be a feature that would encourage me to return just like it did on FC5.

Yeah, but I guess it's not on their priority list

You can play the game on arcade mode, it's a lot less hectic than the other modes

Cool  O0 I want to return to this game - I like the open world nature, and have had a blast playing with my son in co-op mode. The kid is a natural in these combat games, and I can take advantage of his expertise.   :gnehe:

A three part Special Ops mission, one part of the mission was hectic but fun.

They also have weekly three solo missions, these missions are re-plays of main missions with a catch.
most of these missions must be done on extreme difficulty.
One of these missions, On extreme difficulty and only using a handgun you have to capture General Baro, head of the UNIDAD.
You can make use of your squad to take out any enemies, if you shoot anyone it has to be with a handgun.

Cool that they continue to support the game with new missions.

I need to update the game one of these days and go back. Really the only thing I did not like about the game was how nasty the Unidad soldiers are (I need cheats  :gnehe:).

I haven't stopped playing the game PZ.
One way of beating them is to outsmart them. You don't remain in one spot, if you have your stamina maxed
out you can nearly always outrun them, drop a few between your squad and yourself,
then quickly move to another location and repeat the same action.
Often I circle them and that confuses them so they look for you in the wrong place.

Sounds like excellent advice, nex!

Definitely I will try that method next time I am in the game.
