If you've played GRW as much as I've played it you will know when giving your squad
the order to attack they will not just keep on shooting at the enemy they also use
hand grenades to kill, and they will continue attacking until there's nothing to shoot at.
Where sinc shots limit you to a max of three shots a time with a cooldown period
in between sinc shots, the squad will only fire at marked enemy on your
order, which means they will wait for the next mark before shooting and by
that time the enemy is breathing down your neck keeping you too busy to mark,
the result, you're dead..........

..which is not exactly the most desirable scenario :gnehe:

lol, hand grenades! That's quite something. From my experience, that's like playing roulette :gnehe: The results that come to mind range from blowing up themselves, the player, both, or nothing at all. Only randomly they'd actually do some damage without doing harm to themselves and/or allies. It has been fun to watch, though, like, "oh, they're throwing a pine apple, let's see what they're going to mess up this time." :)

LowPolyOWG

Yeah, that's indeed a concern. Assuming you didn't do it quiet to begin with :-X I think the enemy AIs use more grenades than my allies though. It's funny, shooting an enemy, said enemy drops his grenade on his feet, BOOM! :laughsm:

Lucky so far that hasn't happened yet Art, not by my squad anyway.
Happened to me twice, wanted to toss it through a doorway, it hit the
wall and bounced back, lucky for me this game shows a red circle indicating
the blast range.
I made it by the skin of my teeth

hahaha :D

Annoying as it may be, it's also funny :)

flawless victory. Nice :)

At the end, invisible walls.. when you had that guy under your wing and couldn't walk over the stuff on the ground, only around it.

Thanks Art, this part of the mission is the easiest on the entire mission,
the difficult part is yet to come.
But here the game got cheated again, your'e supposed to interrogate
the guy right there to trigger the next part of the mission which is to fly
to the location indicated on the map.
The next (final) part of the mission has an almost 75% chance of a fail,
Cheating it gives you an even 50% to succeed.

It's not really an invisible wall as such, that kind of thing happens when you
drag someone around. Usually when the ground is uneven or limited space for
both of you without you letting go of the person, like a steep embankment
or something.

As I mentioned in a previous post, I haven't yet come across invisible walls like
with other games. I remember one particular spot in FC2, after struggling
for some time to get up onto some rocks, the moment I managed to get on top
I fell into an invisible hole.
The concept in this game is for instance, if you want to climb up
a rocky embankment and the climb indicator doesn't show up, that means you can't
climb up at that spot but there will be another spot somewhere, or you cannot get to the top
from where you are, but you can get there via another route.
Basically like in real life, one spot might be too steep or there's no available foothold.
You can get anywhere/everywhere on the entire map, you just have to find a way,
not like some games where your'e stopped dead in your tracks and cannot go into
a particular area. The only time your'e stopped is when you go outside of the map.

alright, fair enough. :) And, cool trickery  O0

Watching you drag that guy right there made me think you expected to be able to keep on dragging there, not having to move around instead. It would have been nice to be able to keep on dragging where you seemed to expect it to be possible :)

I am already waiting for the next part

There is no limit to the distance of dragging someone Art, as long as the terrain is even,
no streams, or up and down steep embankments.
I once dragged a woman for about 500m, my chopper which was nearby got blown up
and I didn't want to let go of her to call in a vehicle because she kept on
trying to escape.

I can totally relate to that  And yeah, the game seems to be quite fun regarding your freedom.

wow. nice

heh, 3 civilians run over by those teleported trucks.. why did they have to always be there lol

when the first helicopter went down, it was silent as if dumped onto a haystack :huh-new:

Quite some preparation to set up the mission in your favour. It reminded me of me playing hitman. Ever thought about playing hitman? you can check either the hitman topic or my YouTube channel, the hitman playlist perhaps. One mission in particular springs to mind when watching your vids, maybe if you've got time and popcorn, check it out.. ;)
