The demoes so far have been restricted to the "Falls End", which is mostly flat. Being a farm land, I can see that. You are free to explore the mountains, I saw a video of a guy flying up and unsuccessfully trying to destroy the giant "YES" sign. I can agree, this game does keep some similarities from the previous titles, but they have thrown some new stuff in. The ability to use proper aircrafts and home made combat helicopters is going to be fun :evil2: Bullet drop is going to make shooting trickier, just like in Wildlands. Aggression for the AI has been cranked up too.

I think I am going to have some fun with this game

I like the idea of home made helicopters, but that bit of ramping up urgency and aggressions has me concerned - sounds like the mercs in FC2, the aggression of which I did not like much.

I really like the aggression in Origins - the soldiers will attack in clearly marked areas, will sometimes attack on the roads if the conditions are right, but for the most part you can travel unmolested.

It will be a shame if FC5 took a step back from that kind of rather normal behavior.

LowPolyOWG

Just kill them all, that solves it :laughsm: But yes, too much can be annoying. They might have been inspired by UNIDAD from GRW :banghead:

I forgot about the Unidad - I did not care for them either . I much appreciate the enemy levels in Origins so you can choose who to attack.

Hmm, not sure if I want bullet sponges in a first person title :-X

Well, we can't really praise or diss a game until we've had a go at it. It might pleasantly surprise us all, or it might not. We'll see

I like taunting the Unidad in GRW, it starts a high speed chase everytime  :evil2:

You are right fragger, this game is certainly amusing me. There are times where I think; yes! the fun I had in FC3 is going to have a sequel, and there are times where I think; UBI*bleep* go *bleeb* yourself!

That's true for the majority of game devs, BinnZ. First you love them, then they *bleep* up so you hate them

more than once specs released prior to the game had to be revised. I mean, just the general direction of what is being said before and after a game release, think about No Man's Sky.

LowPolyOWG

 :laughsm:

At least UBI*bleep* have actually showed off how the game plays to youtubers/tech companies and been honest on what they have put into the game. Can't say that for No Man's Sky before launch
