right, now that you mention it.

By the way, shouldn't that game's name be Failout76? :-X

I'm more interested in the two new Wolfenstein games....

that guy is repetitive. The title says it all and one might add, AAA games these days are often not worth the money because they're unfinished at launch.

Dweller_Benthos

Yeah I didn't watch all that, but it seems to be they knew the game was a bad idea to begin with, didn't finish it and didn't put enough effort into it and released it anyway.

Too bad, I like the idea of it, it just seems it wasn't filled out enough. Maybe if it drops in price to $10 I might think of getting it just to wander around and see what the world is like.

I think it's not even funny because it's an online game and that means it's probably a bad idea to use cheats. So wandering around without proper gear and without "protective cheats" sounds like a bad idea, too.

LowPolyOWG

Yep. Another problem is gear balance/damage as high level players can obliterate low levels, if they desire ::)

oh the joy of any multiplayer game that allow levelled player vs player.

Dweller_Benthos

Isn't the system still in place where if you don't retaliate, then another player's attacks are greatly reduced?

ah, I remember that one, too. wasn't it even that you virtually couldn't deal any damage until the other player "agreed" by returning fire?

Dweller_Benthos

Something like that, yeah.

Apparently Fallout 76 has been free to play this past week, you still have until tomorrow I guess. I looked it up and still didn't bother, you have to install their own launcher I guess, it's not on Steam. I didn't want to go through all that even for free, ah well.
