Yeah. Then EA decided to release a non-authentic WW2 experience in 2018.



Britain definitely allowed women with prostetic limbs to serve at the frontlines. And punching Axis soldiers with a bat :laughsm:
DICE themselves said we could make a "WW2 experience you have never seen before". Even Patric Söderlund, a top EA exec called fans "uneducated" and if they (the audience) didn't like it, "accept it or don't buy it".

That was indeed rather "non-authentic" :gnehe: As in over-the-top ridiculous. Like at 1:47 - since when is a V-1 a battlefield weapon? :huh-new: And Söderlund says the fans are uneducated...
