Dang! Too bad about the bosses, but we'll see how it goes for me. I love the poison, so that is great news 

The sea battles I'm not fond of, but I don't dislike them nearly as much as the boss fights. Sounds like the game is somewhat similar to Origins

and only three weird creature boss fights, the rest was normal I guess. No drug-induced stupidity. I watched a vid made of all cutscenes and some relevant (if brief) gameplay that contained some important stuff. The vid was 9.5 hours long. As much as I disliked those horrible fake "foreign accents" (every voice actor had their own version of the foRRReign AKKKtsent), it was quite entertaining to watch.

Just picked up Gold Edition of Odyssey yesterday, and will hopefully find time to play soon.
