For me there's a minimal threshold that has to be met to call a baked flattened disc of dough Pizza.

I don't care how many varieties of dried pepper flakes and how much toasted rosemary you throw on it as part of the recipe a base of drizzled black truffle oil and several sparsely scattered blanched spinach leaves is nothing more than over worked focaccia.
