Black bean pulled pork tacos and a Martini

South of the border fare is one of my favorite foods, and tacos are at the top of the list. I make all kinds and this time it was home cooked savory black beans, pulled pork in home made adobo, and of course, cheese. Then to top it off, a icy cold Martini

Starting with a food truck style corn tortilla, it is topped with the black bean paste, then a generous topping of the red pork. Finished with cheddar cheese and grated Romano.

We like our Martinis shaken, not stirred with home pickled garlic, a single olive soaked in Vermouth, and Aerogarden fresh basil
