Ahh interesting. Met some Germans who was the same age like me 

Assisted them on the Pacific and they told me how to prevent others from joining your session

Going into the advanced firewall setting and block those ports (UDP is used by GTA), you can be alone 24/7 in a public session. You can still invite friends over and no-one else can join

Copy and paste these numbers into your firewall: 6672, 61455, 61457, 61456, 61458

Settings should be at UDP, External Ports setting should be "spesific remote ports"

Another, even easier way to get a public session for your own is to press Alt+Enter for 10 seconds. The screen will turn black when you press them, and after 10 seconds when you release the buttons you will see everyone else in the session leaving. You are alone and likely stay alone.
When you have friends coming over, others might join eventually, but then you just repeat the procedure. Piss easy and safe
