Scotch and Brisket

We visited an excellent off the beaten path coffee shop in which we had some lunch. My wife ordered the brisket sandwich and with a bit of goading, got me to try it. That is some yummy looking food there. And the page worked fine, pictures loaded fast. I've had brisket a few places and mostly have been decent. Some may have a little more fat than I like, but usually, are pretty good.
