LOL, yeah. Speaking of loading screens, apparently, R* cannot program a JSON parser correctly! :banghead: Well, maybe it worked as it should, until we got all the new DLC items for GTA Online and nobody bothered to analyze how the code is affected.

How I cut GTA Online loading times by 70%. t0st's rig loaded the game 3x faster. People on high-end CPUs with strong singlethread performance will probably not see that much of an increase.

???

Well, many R* devs have quit the company during development due its toxic w0#k culture. Also, whoever is in charge of the codebase need to get someone to fix this. Unless the people in charge are sitting on a yacht, snorting coke/partying with hookers as usual :D

Figures. From what I gather not being code savvy from that post, they are reading a 10MB JSON file, reading each entry and comparing it against every other entry, and there's 63,000 + entries. No wonder it takes a long time. My game will sometimes never load and I have to kill it and start over.
