It's kinda like CheatHappens, sells game trainers (not that I used WeMod) as a part of a subscription/lifetime service. If you have the technical knowhow, you can make stuff like this yourself with Cheat Engine or any other memory scanner tool.

Only reason to bother with these are cheating in games that have no modding options or you just want to toy around in SP games.
