Another one I've picked up on early access. You return to a poisoned Earth that is covered in a toxic mist/fog several hundred feet thick. You build an airship to float above it, and fly around to various buildings that are tall enough to stick out of the mist and gather supplies to build a bigger airship and find the needed materials to cure several viruses that you can contract.
