Virus scanner

Art posted this a long time ago on the original site, and then again many times since.  Unfortunately because posts become buried among thousands, I lost track of the URL and had to ask him yet again not too long ago 

Because the old Web of Trust is now defunct, I was looking for some kind of substitute, and this seems to be quite good - it allows you to upload files, or simply check URLs. Now when I go to a URL I do not know, I first check it with the scanner.

This time I have re-posted his favorite scanner, and have tagged it with the site features tag, and virus
