Kind of reminiscent of the Far Cry games

That actually looks like a real game, most of those "simulator" games are crappy shovelware asset-flip games. Not too keen on the drug dealer aspect of it either. But it might be fun for a bit.

The first iteration of the game is on sale at Steam for $1.99. However, the reviews are mixed. I'm not going to try that one (despite the low price) because the only way to save is to do so at your hideout which is on the 3rd floor of an apartment building and one needs to go there manually each time. Sounds like there is much wasted time doing repetitive things. DDS2 might be something to try if it becomes cheap enough.
