So, I needed a gaming laptop for my studies. At first, I considered going for AMD's Ryzen laptop produced by ASUS. Unfortunately, it was delayed until October :banghead:

So, I went to Multicom (Norwegian gaming laptop retailer) and ordered one of their in-house products. Specs are 32 GB of DDR4 RAM, Intel i7-7700 HQ and GTX 1070. I bought a M.2 SSD and a 1 TB SSD separately so I had to manually install those. I managed to install Windows. Still need to install other programs

to me it looks like electronic scrap but I assume it's going to change into something useful any time soon :gnehe:

He he, yeah, I had to remove the back cover to get access to the SSD connectors.

Can't find that page either GKID, I Get a grey screen with a minus token in the middle. No indications or buttons to press :undecided-new:

However, congratz!!!! O0

Amazing specs, although the laptop itself (from the outside) looks pretty mediocre

Nice - you going to install and play games with this rig?

LowPolyOWG

Yes and do schoolwork ;) We use 3D modelling software and game engines. Not something a low-end laptop would do easily

Let us know how it goes with gaming, and what games you install. I've been curious to know if laptops have become robust enough to do games.

LowPolyOWG

 I installed FH3 and GTA V ;)

Firing up GTA V now ;)
