The sammie sounds delicious, and one I will try.  I too like to get store chicken. My wife and I go grocery shopping every Friday, and make it a point to get one of the roasted chickens so we do not need to cook - we go home and consume the breast meat while saving the leg/thigh pieces for something the coming weekend.  We have the chicken with a vodka Martini of course
