Heh. 

Back on the old site I'd commented that because of Fiat's buy out of Chrysler their cars should from now on be called Fi-C's (pronounced feces). 

Consumer Reports magazine over the last few years in their comparative evaluations of various makes/models by vehicle class type (compact, mid size, SUV, etc...) has almost invariably rated both the Fiats and Chryslers very poorly in the overall standings affirming my initial impression of the kind of quality to be expected from cars coming out of their A$$embly line.

Good one LinkHero. 

Through the 60's and 70's there was a DC Comic series called Metal Men that I really liked.  They were an assembly of six (and later seven) highly intelligent and autonomous robots each created from a specific (non-Newtonian fluid) pure metal which in turn allowed each character a determined skill set and the ability to change shape to facilitate forming themselves into various shapes and useful problem solving tools.

The strong man of the group was "Iron".  He had the alchemical symbol ♂ on his chest as an identifier.  That symbol ♂ is also the symbol for the planet Mars as well as being more commonly used for Male or Man.  So being Iron being who he was while wearing that symbol I always thought he was siphoning off some of Tony Stark's thunder.

No wait, thunder?  That's Thor's domain. 

It was also somewhat confusing that teammate Lead (with an L for his identifier) of the Metal Men (who was quite the heavy) was apparently not leading man material and even though he was very important to their efforts he never actually led the group.
