Very interesting video that gives insight to the important people behind GTA V

Nice find, interesting video indeed. Funny how it is true, like the commentator says at the end, that the individuals don't seem to try to stand out and let the people focus on the brand.
I was always curious how it is possible that such a big development can be hidden so perfectly well before release date. I mean, it's almost the best kept secret. Our Dutch equivalent for the state of the union traditionally leaks a week before release. Most big films and series have leaks man, even the white house is one big leak. But if you want to know what a next Rockstar title will be like, you'll have to focus on a 1 minute preview until the actual release date. That's got to say something about the attitude, the working atmosphere at Rockstar.  :)

For a game that had to run on one decade year old hardware, it's an amazing piece of engineering effort software wise

I'm a little worried about the future of GTA, since some of the core team (Adam Fowler left along with Leslie) left R*. Considering at least 1000 people worked on it (That's about 1/5th of my hometown ???). I guess we won't see it (GTA 6) until the new console generation drops, given how ambitious GTA V was

I still wonder how they could cram so much playable space and content with just 512 MB RAM  ???

Maybe, I remember I had to install the second disk that shipped with the X360 when I first bought the game.

I am also a bit worried about GTA 6. It will definitely be an amazing game, single player wise, but if you look at how they milk every little last bit of creativity out of their dev team to keep GTA Online running as is, I wonder if they can ever make a new GTA Online as attractive as this one is until now.
But I think they will come out with a new styled online world so that it will be refreshing again. At least they have a massive pile of experience on what works and what doesn't :-\

True and that's how game development works. Actually, there is no such thing as 100% perfect. You'd better do your best and re-iterate all the time. That's what our 3D teacher told us.
