Firefox / double scroll bar on OWG pages

When I come here using FF I get a double scrollbar on the right side of the screen, is there a way to get rid of one of them. It´s only on OWG that I get these for some reason.

Same thing here on IE8, figured it had something to do with the frames setup of the site.

That is a frames page issue unique to the parent page of our home site.  If you do not use the dark gray menu bar at the top of the page, break out of the frames page by right-clicking the Home button above and opening the portal page in a new tab - then bookmark it.

Alternately, click here to break out of the frames page and you'll see the top menu disappear along with the extra scroll bar.
