I thought I saw a post about this game, planes and such, but I can't remember if it was on this site. I'd like to know if anyone has played it and their yay or nay to it. Thanks.

Only other I can think of is Tom Clancys H.A.W.X? it has air combat in it and its very good. I dont generally play air sims, but another one that springs to mind is Ace Combat 6, which is quite good too.

Yeah I don't think you want Warhawk retiredgord.  Though you may have heard of it since you have a PS3 (it's a PS3 exclusive).   Two reasons I don't think it's for you....1) It's online only  2) while the graphics are clean and good, they are arcade/cartoony.

I picked it up cheap and played a bit online, but the only real fun I've had with it is split screen with my son.  For that alone it was worth it.  But there is no campaign or story mode.

I think Fiach is right, perhaps you were thinking of H.A.W.X.  That's one though I know nothing about.
