Using FO3 DLC in FNV

One of the modders at Nexus is working on a way to use the armors and perhaps weapons from the FO3 DLC in FNV.  Wouldn't it be great if someone developed a method to use the maps in FO3 in FNV.  I can imagine blending the maps from FO3 (plus it's DLC) into FNV - what a huge world it wold be.  :-X
