Mission: deliver the nitrous to Sefapane

This is one of my favorite missions.  Go to the post office, pick up the distributor cap, then go to the dental clinic to repair the big truck carrying the nitrous, and deliver it to Sefapane for my best buddy.  To wrap up the mission, help my buddy escape alive - unfortunately, this was not to be the case in this mission.
