Custom Mission "Lone Snipers"

I have the same problem with loadouts of some missions. Not appropriate, one might think at times, and indeed just as inappropriate to off a team mate for his weapons  ;D

Now that I am busy with the editor, I might be able to get a better result by selecting each team member individually, ie first pick soldiers with a certain wanted loadout, then have them form a team. Unfortunately you cannot pick an "empty" soldier and fill him up with weapons of your choice in the editor; soldiers always bring their own specific kit.
