Thanks durian; hope you find it more fun now.  Admittedly, you kind of need to "trick" the game by being careful not to trigger the yellow destination too early.  Basically go in around the dot effectively bypassing it to explore the destination.

Because the developers expect you to go in through the front gate with guns blazing, they have not accounted for those that might try to circumvent their linear intent.  :-()

Btw fragger, I didn't know you're 15 years older than me  :)

I'm only old in years :-() My motto is "Grow old disgracefully" 8)

Actually, that's not my motto, it's the motto of a national motorcycle club here called the Ulysses club. You have to be at least 40 to join (until recently it was 50). I once fully intended to join - ironically I'm old enough now but I no longer have the motorcycle.

I've met a number of them over the years. They're a great bunch of folks, not outlaw-type hellraisers - well, not all of them :-() Besides, they'd have to remove their dentures and bifocals before getting into a gang rumble and putting the orthopedic boot in... Just joking, they're all upstanding, respectable people, many are grandparents, and all stubbornly refuse to be stereotyped as "old people". My kind of people, in other words :-D

...your hollow point still has the bullet casing on 8-X :-()

Not any more, it came off :-()

At first I thought it looked better with it on, but it is somewhat nonsensical, so I ditched it. It's still a pistol bullet - originally it was going to be a non-hollow-point 7.62 assault rifle-type round, but that was the one that came out looking like a blimp, or a UFO :-()

I had to guess a little at the proportions of the pistol bullet. I've handled assault rifle rounds and seen what they look like without their casings, but not pistol rounds, so please forgive any proportional errors. Anyway, it's only an avatar...

First I thought,
Spoiler
that it looks like a flying stuffed olive with a chopped-off end.  :-D
It looks nice now :) :-X

Pimento?  I prefer jalapeno, bleu cheese or garlic cloves in my olives.  ;)

I love blue cheese in my martini olives.  I don't like to purchase pre-packaged blue cheese stuffed olives because the cheese tends to dissolve somewhat in the jar and the cheese loses some of it's flavor.  My solution? Find stuffed olives on sale and dig out the stuffing to be replaced with my blue cheese chunks.  ^-^

fragger

My favourite olives are the black ones with no stuffing inside them. In food, that is. I'm not a martini drinker so I never experience olives in my drinks. They don't go very well in beer - not that I've ever tried that, but I wouldn't imagine so... :-D

JRD

I rather have a bowl with olives in it and a cold beer in my hand!!

It reminds me an interview I saw on a local talk show. The host was talking to a (smoking hot) stewardess. She said she once prepared a manhattan to a first class passenger. A manhattan has a cherry in it but since she had no cherries then she used an olive and served the drink. The passenger, looking at his glass and back at her, asked:
"- what's that green thing in my manhattan?"
To what she replied:
"- It must be the central park"
