It kind of looks like Prosper Kouassi (he always had a bad attitude anyway...)  As to the script - south-ernland maybe?  (really difficult to make out the right side due to his position - I wonder if you can kick them like you can the inanimate objects...

You can bump into stuff and it will move, not exactally kicking, but it works the same

ah, gotcha. Do that all the time. Works really well when you use the trainer and fast run, gives you lots of momentum and you can kick an oil drum 50 feet that way.
