Hi another question, I found out all the 16 tapes and I went to Mike's place but the journalist was not here to gather them, what am I supposed to do ? Will he reappear later or something like that ?

I think Reuben will show up on a pre-determined part of the game.
As long as you keep your path through missions you'll deliver the tapes to him in time.
